4 Ingredient Banana - Oat - Protein Pancakes!
🥞 BANANA OAT PROTEIN PANCAKES 👏
I will just leave it at that. SO GOOD (& good for you- fiber, protein, potassium, choline), perfect for post workout, post run, or just when you are craving some yummy carbs on a saturday morning and don’t want to feel crappy after! =)

INGREDIENTS
▪️1/4-1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
▪️1 banana (make sure very ripe!)
▪️2 eggs
▪️1/2 cup protein powder
▪️Shake is cinnamon & Salt
*OPTIONAL: frozen berries
*OPTIONAL: nut butter

BLEND in a blender about 30-60 seconds (this step is important), if the mix is too thick add a splash of almond milk)
Then place on griddle w butter, flipping after ~3 minutes for a golden brown.
Take the cakes off, and add cup of frozen berries to the skillet. Shake a few times until melted for a “berry jam” and layer on top of your cakes. I like to drizzle some nut butter on top!
