Helping Women reach beyond their potential!
Philosophy #1: Education & Empowerment
Dedicated to educating clients on the what, why, how around the goals they are trying to achieve. Education drives compliance as well as empowers you to be your own patient advocate after your work with me!
Philosophy #2: The Body is Interconnected - Treat it that Way
Instead of focusing on one body system, we must recognize the gut, liver, thyroid, adrenals, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, lymphatics... are ALL connected. We can not fully heal focusing on one area - instead we need to connect all the dots and heal together in a systematic way.
Philosophy #3: Individualized Approach. Always.
There is no one "diet", some methods of nutrition will work for a short period of time and then they don't. Some will work great for your sister but backfire for you. Some will work in your 20's but not require changes in your 30's or 40's. I have a system and process so we are not going in blind, but all of my programs are 100% individualized and custom to what we see. Functional medicine is like watching a tennis match - I throw a ball to you, and how you're body throws it back tells me the next step we take for YOU!
