A BERRY-Delicious Smoothie (EASY)
This is probably the easiest, most efficient smoothie I make - and it's become a regular favorite in the house! I love this recipe because not only does it taste amazing, it has a nice amount of leafy greens, option to add some protein, and is incredible EASY AND QUICK (always a WIN!)
TIPS TO MAKE IT EVEN EASIER:
Keep 1 banana (break in half) and a handful of frozen berries in a ziplock bag of plastic container in the FREEZER. It makes the smoothie more creamy, sweet tasting, and takes off 30 seconds from peeling, throwing away, opening the frozen berries etc.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
2 LARGE handfuls of spinach (or mix up spinach and kale)
1/2 cup frozen Berries
1/2-1 Banana
OPTIONAL PROTEIN:
1-2 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Chia/Flax Seeds
1/2-1 scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder (or protein powder of choice)
200 Calories, 5 g Protein, 24 g Cho, 17 g sugar, 3 g Fat (made with 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 c blueberries, 1/2 banana, 2 cup spinach)
