Retaining Water? Try This!
- Recipe for Detox Tea
Serves: 9-10 cups
- 10 cups water
- 9 lemons
- 9 Tbsp parsley (dried)
- 3 Tbsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- If it's way too bitter add 1 Tbsp honey or 2-4 drops stevia
Pour water into the pot, slice lemons in half squeeze the juice into water, and drop rinds into water. Add parsley, celery seed and cayenne. Bring to boil and then let steep on low for 1-2 hours. Filter out solids and store in fridge. Reheat if necessary or enjoy cold. Optional to add no more than 1 tsp honey or 2-4 drops stevia.

- Dandelion tea (sell at most grocery stores)
- Tart Cherry Juice may have some diuretic effects
